As a coach I believe that God is already at work in your story and that He is always excited to show up and to reveal Himself on your behalf. In our sessions, you will do most of the talking, but I will be listening and asking questions that will help you to explore beyond the surface level of your thoughts. My questions will be designed to help you engage from your heart.
Clients I have helped have often been women who are intentionally trying to move forward in the direction of their dreams, yet have found they have a deep longing within for something more. Often they have served in many areas helping others, but have not been in a place where they have received the help they need for themselves. Sometimes they are just a short space from burnout and are in need of fresh revelation and direction.
In our sessions I will help you to hear and encounter Jesus in a way that brings greater clarity, which in turn will help you find better alignment with your values, greater peace with where you are currently at, and a clearer vision for the direction you want to go in.

I asked Janet to coach me because I had observed her both coach and lead a small group for the last year or two. I felt that she had the maturity, wisdom and prophetic gifting to coach me, help me grow and see me change. The way she already saw me and let me feel seen prompted me to ask her and I did not regret it.
What I loved about Janet is that it was always about empowering me to be myself, run to God and trust myself. Janet navigated between listening, bringing prophetic insight, biblical insight and asking really good questions. She did not assume my values or desires, she asked to understand and she had high belief in me. I got rid of a lot of religion though my coaching and started to encounter a relational God that encounters me uniquely. Janet is out of the box in all that she is and her freedom was an inspiration for me to both grow and break free. In my story it’s from religious constraint, people pleasing patterns and self-hatred. I did not once feel judged or push to “have to” say or be something.
Before coaching my view on Jesus was different, my view on myself a lot. I started to incorporate fun, joy in new ways and as religion left there is a new sense of peace and purpose that came over me. Janet’s presence in my life has been nothing but empowering, freeing and filled with joy. She is one of the best coach I have seen and had.
I reached out to Janet for coaching because I felt like I was thriving in most areas of my life, but felt stuck when it came to relationships. I quickly realized during our sessions that there were unresolved issues that I hadn’t dealt with, and didn’t have the tools to tackle on my own. Coaching was an unforgettable and transformative experience for me. I gained the closure I needed and clarity to move forward. I had renewed confidence in God’s love for me and courage to let love in again. I came away from the experience with the certainty that I am deserving of love and I was finally released from the feelings of rejection and abandonment.
