What to Expect
Coaching conversations are client-driven, and our job as coaches is to facilitate the discovery and growth process. What makes Encounter Coaching different from most Christian coaching is bringing Jesus into the conversation.
He speaks directly to your heart. From that place, breakthrough and freedom occur.
Encounter coaching addresses the emotional brain, so you will experience lasting change through heart transformation, instead of temporary behavior modification.
Process a topic or issue you’d like to address. Clarify where coaching would best complement your life. Identify action steps to help you in your journey.
Feel more comfortable engaging with Jesus in a live session. Connect easier with your heart and emotional brain. Hear Jesus speak quickly and directly to you.
Start to experience significant measurable change. Have encountered Jesus consistently at a deep heart level. Feel more confident in your ability to hear God’s voice.
So what happens after the first 3 sessions? While virtually everyone experiences tremendous progress after these initial sessions, many will continue the coaching relationship to sustain the personal and spiritual growth. Others have experienced all that they needed in this season and choose to stop. You can discuss the options with your coach – but in the end the choice is yours. There’s no high-pressure pitch to buy into a program.
