My experience with coaching women is shaped by two things: authentic conversation + God’s goodness. I believe everyone is free to share pain, trials and difficult emotions, while still being on the path to finding God’s goodness and voice in every situation.
My heart is to lead women into clarity and hearing Jesus’ voice, until it becomes lifestyle for them. The women I’ve coached find out that God is even more kind and involved in their lives than they could possibly imagine. I treat each woman gently and believe their life is a journey and not a finish line. Jesus absolutely loves our process, which is being worked out in our hearts and minds (aka, our soul). He calls Himself the ‘Lover of our soul’, which means He is the lover of our internal self and not our external image with our ability to be perfect.
I have found that my best use of time is walking with each woman, hand-in-hand, into repeated encounters with Jesus’ heart. It’s what He paid for and what He longs for. No situation your facing is too small or too big. He cares about each one immensely.
